MY PCA strives to encourage autonomy and develop the value of life for people that are elderly and with disabled. Client Plan of Care

My PCA works with the Recipient, Guardian, or Authorized Representative to develop a Client Plan of Care (CPOC) to improve the client’s quality of life.

We’re Accessible.

We know that life doesn’t happen on a schedule. At My PCA, we maintain a 24 hour accessibility policy for all of our clients.

Full Coverage.

My PCA employees enough staff to ensure that all shifts are covered in the event there are unseen changes and a backup staff member is needed.

Trusted Staff.

We believe it is very important to have a trustworthy staff, that’s why we require each new hire completes a thorough background check.

Trained Staff.

My PCA employees are trained to give our patients the best quality of care. All employees of My PCA have current CPR/First Aid Certifications.

Knowledgeable Staff.

All employees have nursing experience. They also provide health services as well as house maintenance.
